MEET THE DIRECTOR:

Hello, my name is Christy, and I am honored to serve as the Director of Awaken Daycare. I am a devoted wife, proud mother of three, and blessed grandmother of two. My family is a tremendous source of joy and inspiration in my life and has strengthened my passion for nurturing, guiding, and investing in the lives of children and families.

I hold A degree in  Business Management and have been dedicated to the childcare profession since 2012. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles within early childhood education, including leadership and management. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of the importance of creating safe, nurturing, and enriching environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

I believe the early years of a child's life are among the most meaningful and influential. Every child deserves to feel loved, valued, respected, and encouraged as they discover who they are and the world around them. As a director, my heart is to support not only the children in our care, but also their families and the educators who pour into them each day.

I am truly humbled and excited to be a part of Awaken Daycare. It is a privilege to lead an organization dedicated to helping children awaken their curiosity, confidence, creativity, and God-given potential. My vision is to foster a culture built on love, trust, excellence, and purpose, where children feel safe to explore, families feel confident in our care, and our staff feel valued and empowered to make a lasting difference.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family, especially my two grandchildren. I also enjoy trips to the beach, reading a good book, and creating meaningful memories with the people I love.

It is my sincere privilege to lead, serve, and make a difference in the lives of the children and families of Awaken Daycare.
